RETURN POLICY

At SWISS WATCHES INC customer satisfaction is our highest priority. For this reason, we are happy to offer our clients a 14-day return window for any item physically in stock and not specially ordered from the manufacturer, should there be any noticeable defects or damages to the item upon receipt, or if the item is not what was originally ordered. Such items must be returned to SWISS WATCHES INC via insured, traceable delivery within 7 days of the date your return request is confirmed by SWISS WATCHES INC via mail, fax or email to receive a full refund. All watches, jewelry or cognacs obtained from an authorized dealer or manufacturer are final sale unless otherwise agreed upon by SWISS WATCHES INC via mail, fax or email.
The item eligible for return must be shipped with a traceable courier such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. SWISS WATCHES INC will solely refund the value of the item being returned or exchanged. Any shipping fees incurred during the original transaction will not be included in the refund. The buyer will be held responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as any duties or value-added taxes, if applicable. The return shipment must be prepaid and insured for the full amount the buyer expects credit. Collect shipping will be refused. The buyer will be held liable for any losses or damages. Credit for your return will be issued in the same form that the original payment was made. For example, if the buyer made the original payment via PayPal, the refund cannot be provided in cash. 
All items must be returned in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, with all paperwork, manuals, warranty cards and accessories. To ensure the return process is successful, there must be no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item, the tags and protective stickers must be intact, there are no signs of wear on the product or its case, and the item must not have been resized or altered in any way. It is imperative that the buyer refrain from wearing the watch, removing links or cutting any straps. Any signs of wear or removal of parts will result in a swift refusal of your return. 
Please note that our return policy only applies to PHYSICALLY IN STOCK items. Any watch, piece of jewelry or bottle of cognac that has been specially ordered from a distributor or manufacturer is final sale unless damaged, defected or the incorrect item. The majority of watches on our website are specially ordered from the manufacturer and not physically in stock. Please take this into consideration before placing your order.
Our return policy does not apply to any purchase of pre-owned watches or jewelry. All sales of pre-owned watches and jewelry are final sale.

CANCELING/MODIFYING AN ORDER
If for any reason you must cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at +1 (561) 461-8585, or email us at info@swisswatchesforsale.com. Please include your name, phone number, the e-mail address used when placing the order, the item name and reference number, and the reason for the cancellation or adjustment to your order. If an order has already been placed to the distributor or manufacturer, or shipped, we will not be able to modify or cancel your order.

WARRANTY

All new products sold by SWISS WATCHES INC are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. In most cases this warranty is for 2 or more years, but each brand is different. Any item that does not currently have a manufacturer’s warranty will be given an in-house warranty by SWISS WATCHES INC.
Because nowadays many manufacturers outsource their work, repairs can take upwards of 8-12 weeks. SWISS WATCHES INC has simplified this process for our clients making it more efficient and cost-effective. By working with our own highly trusted service centers, repairs are now faster and less expensive.
Once your warranty has expired, you are welcome to ship your timepiece to SWISS WATCHES INC and we will have it repaired for you at cost in order to save you both time and money. The turnaround time for repairs through our service centers is approximately 4-6 weeks, which cuts the repair time in half. As we always strive to exceed our clients’ expectations and ensure their satisfaction, SWISS WATCHES INC guarantees that you will not spend a dollar more than the cost due to the service center.
