The Annual Calendar complication will accurately account for the current number of of days in each month with the exception of the 29th day of February in a leap year.

With ‘under-the-lugs’ corrector buttons. The correctors are mounted on the case back of the watch, beneath the lugs, which provides a clean look for the case edge. The buttons can be activated with no need for the use of tools.
